The service
Amevoli lets you create a digital keepsake from photos and text you provide. The free preview is provided as-is. Purchases unlock high-resolution files for personal, non-commercial use. [REVIEW: entity, governing law]
Your content
You must have the right to use every photo you upload and the consent of the people in them. You keep ownership of your photos and words. You grant us only the permission needed to compose and deliver your story.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown before checkout and charged once. If a purchase fails to deliver what was shown, contact us and we'll fix it or refund it. [REVIEW: consumer law per market, Brazilian CDC withdrawal rules]
Acceptable use
Don't upload unlawful content or content depicting people without consent. We may remove projects that violate this and refuse service.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service running but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Download what you buy.
