Who provides the service
Amevoli is a product built and run by GLTech (57.070.688 Gabriel Garcia Lorencetti, CNPJ 57.070.688/0001-01, Santa Rita do Passa Quatro, SP), which provides this service online. Contact: hello@amevoli.app. By using the service you agree to these terms.
What the service does
You upload photos and answer a few questions; Amevoli composes digital pieces from them: a painted portrait, a poster, a short film and, in the full version, the timeline, the HD poster, the cards, the wallpaper and a page with a permanent link. Starting is free and needs no account: you see the pieces in preview quality, with a small mark, before deciding to buy. The full version is a one-time purchase, no subscription, at the price shown before payment.
What is made by artificial intelligence
Your story text is written by a language model from your answers, and the portrait is painted by an image model from the photos you chose. The result may contain mistakes or lines that do not sound like you: that is why every line is editable, for free, as many times as you like, and why you see everything before paying. Layout, dates and typography are not generated by AI.
Your content
The photos and the words stay yours. You must have the right to use every photo you upload and the permission of the people in them. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and compose your keepsake and deliver it to you; that licence ends when you delete the project. We never use your content in examples, marketing or model training.
What you can do with the pieces
The files you download are for personal use: print, frame, post, give away. They are not licensed for resale, commercial use or inclusion in third-party products. The Amevoli name, the layout templates and the code remain ours.
Prices, payment and cancellation
The price is shown before checkout and charged once, by the payment provider. You have 7 calendar days from the purchase to change your mind, with no justification needed (Brazilian Consumer Code, art. 49): write to hello@amevoli.app and we refund you in full. After that, if a piece does not arrive as shown, write to us: we fix it or refund you.
Gift vouchers
A gift voucher entitles one complete pack in the segment it was bought for (or another of equal or lower value), once, for 12 months from purchase. It cannot be exchanged for cash and gives no change. If the pack price changes, the voucher still covers the pack. The buyer may cancel within 7 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, as long as the voucher has not been used; once used, the terms for any purchase apply. Keep the code safe: whoever has it can use it.
Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal or abusive content, or images of people without permission, and do not use the service to harass anyone. We may remove a project that breaks this and refuse service, telling you where we can.
Memorials and shared links
A memorial is public only if you turn that on, and becomes private again when you turn it off. A shared link can be revoked at any time from the story's page. Messages and candles left by visitors can be removed by you.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service running, but it is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Download and keep the files you buy. Nothing in these terms removes or limits the rights consumer law gives you.
Ending
You can delete your story and stop using the service whenever you like. Projects that were never unlocked are deleted automatically after 365 days. If the service is discontinued, we give advance notice to anyone with an unlocked story so the files can be downloaded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes may be brought in the consumer's own jurisdiction, as the Brazilian Consumer Code provides (art. 101, I).
