Why a tribute

The house is too quiet. This helps a little.

The leash still hangs by the door; walk time still comes around every day. No tribute fixes that, but one helps: gathering the photos that remain, from the puppy ones to the sofa they were not allowed on, and telling how they arrived, what they loved, what you would say today. Amevoli composes a short film with music, a poster with their name and years, and a portrait painted from their own photos.

All of it appears before you pay anything: the short film, the poster and the memorial page are free. The complete tribute, with the film of their whole life, the timeline poster and the page kept forever with its guestbook, costs $6.99, once.

Send the film to the people who walked them, print the portrait for the spot where the bed was, or leave the page open for the family to light a candle. Each in their own way.

How it works

No hurry. Whenever you're ready.

You bring the photos and a little of who they were. We compose it with care.

  1. 01

    Pick three to six photos

Puppy, grown, asleep upside down on the sofa. All of them count.

  2. 02

    Tell us who they were

How they arrived, what they loved, a quirk. One sentence each is enough.

  3. 03

    See it before you pay

The poster and the short film come free, in a minute. The complete tribute is a one-time purchase.

What you get

One tribute. Three forms.

Free: a short film, the poster and a public memorial where friends light a candle. With the pack, their whole life: the film with every moment, the timeline poster and the memorial with a guestbook.

Free to start. The full tribute costs $6.99, once, no subscription. It stays for good.

The memorial

A place to light a candle.

Every tribute can have a fixed address, lovely to open, where everyone who loved them lights a candle and, with the pack, leaves a message. No sign-up for visitors. You decide whether it is public.

For the moment

In memory, or in life.

A tribute to the one who left, or to the one still asleep at your feet. The words follow.

Questions

I only have bad photos, blurry or from far away. Is that enough?

It is. Three photos are enough, and phone photos are exactly what we expect. The painted portrait uses the photo where the face shows best; for the rest of the poster and the film, a blurry photo of a dog running is among the most beautiful there is.

What do the words sound like? I don't want anything sappy.

The text is made from your answers, in your tone, with no stock phrases. We don't write about bridges or better places. If a line doesn't sound like them, you edit it right there, for free.

Does it make sense if they died a long time ago?

It does. Many people can only look at the photos months or years later. The tribute is the same: the dates come from the photos or from what you tell, and the page is kept from the day you make it.

Do I need an account?

No. Make and see the tribute without signing up. If you unlock the pack, we email you a private link to come back.

Is the memorial public?

Only if you want it to be. You switch it on and off anytime. Public, it appears on the wall and anyone with the link can light a candle.

How long is it kept?

The free tribute stays for a year. With the pack it stays forever, with the memorial and its messages.

What if I don't like the words?

Change any line, as often as you like, free. Everything is recomposed with the same care.
