Questions
Do I need a photo of them in a hat or by a tree?
No. Any good photo of their face works; the tree, the lights and the scarf go into the painting. Well-lit photos with the face visible come out best.
Does it work for cats, rabbits, birds?
It works for any animal. The painting keeps their face, colour and markings.
Can I give it to someone?
Yes. Make it with photos of their pet and seal the link to open on the 25th, or buy a gift voucher so they make it with their own photos.
Do I need an account?
No. Make and see the tribute without signing up. If you unlock the pack, we email you a private link to come back.
Is the memorial public?
Only if you want it to be. You switch it on and off anytime. Public, it appears on the wall and anyone with the link can light a candle.
How long is it kept?
The free tribute stays for a year. With the pack it stays forever, with the memorial and its messages.
What if I don't like the words?
